What is Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF)?
Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) also known as AUS 32, Adblue is an aqueous solution of technical grade Urea (32.5%) and Deionized water (67.5%). These are specifically formulated for vehicles fitted with a Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) emission system. It helps in reducing the emission of harmful nitric oxide in the environment and in turn, converts the same into harmless gases which are safe for the environment.
Why Filtrum DEF?
FFPL launched Filtrum DEF by utilizing its three decades of experience. Filtrum DEF complies with ISO 22241 and meets all its parameters. Every batch of Filtrum DEF is put through testing in NABL-recognized labs to ensure that it possesses the optimal amount of magnesium, calcium, and insoluble, which offers the best protection against clogging for the dozing valve and spray nozzle. Additionally, it makes sure that the proper amounts of aldehyde, sodium, potassium, and biuret are present, which contributes to maintaining the SCR system’s general health. Filtrum DEF, which is offered in packs of 10 liters, 20 liters, and 210 liters, works well in automobiles that have SCR systems.
